What We've Been Eating

The boys have become pickier, many times deciding as soon as they see something whether or not they'll eat it. Which means they won't even taste it after they make that decision. This is where twins is not helpful... oftentimes one will say he's not eating X, and then the other just says the same thing. It's usually G who decides first.

Regardless of all that, I haven't changed my cooking at all and don't plan to. There's always something that I think they'll eat and if they don't want that, well, too bad. Of course it's disappointing to me and I hope if I keep offering, they'll come around on their own. I will say that I'm lucky they eat fairly well earlier in the day so by dinner I'm not too worried about them filling up. We'll see what happens but I really hope it doesn't get too much worse.

Springtime Bacon and Egg Fried Rice (served with fish)

Asparagus Bacon Pasta (added cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella)
Maple-Curry Chicken with Kale

Smoked Baby Back Ribs with Cola BBQ Sauce - similar rub but used brown sugar too

Green Chili Enchilada Quinoa Bake (added leftover shredded chicken)
